Current status
Castfolio is not accepting payments. Purchases and downloads are not open yet. The purchase button only opens a notice. It does not charge you, reserve a copy, or begin a refund period.
How a request will be made
Email [email protected] with your order identifier and purchase date to request a refund. You do not need to provide a reason. Do not include payment card details, API keys, or private conversation history.
Eligibility and time window
We offer an unconditional refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked.
Processing and payment
When purchases become available, refunds will be returned to the original payment method and executed by the payment provider. Review and settlement timing will follow the provider's actual process.
Model service fees
The player purchase is separate from any model provider account or usage charges. Requests concerning those separate charges should be directed to the relevant provider under its own policy.
Operator and final policy
The operator is Caelune, China. Applicable mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
